This research was conducted at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi, and the number of samples used was 82. The method of determining the sample in this study is the saturated sampling method. The research instrument used in this study was a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The collected data was then analyzed using path analysis and the Sobel test with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. Work discipline is a variable mediating the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The implication of this research is that the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi must continue to improve leadership and motivation within the company so that employees can improve their work discipline, which will improve employee performance at the Yayasan Kebaktian Proklamasi. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on work discipline and employee performance.
