Research data collection methods using a questionnaire. This study uses a population of all employees of Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga Kabupaten Sumba. Data was taken using a questionnaire from 55 respondents by census. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that organizational culture had a significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction had a significant positive effect on OCB, and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on OCB. The research implication states that improving antecedents will encourage improvements in OCB. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨组织文化、工作满意度和组织承诺对 OCB 的影响。采用问卷调查法收集研究数据。研究对象为松巴省 Dinas Pendidikan Kepemudaan dan Olahraga 公司的所有员工。通过对 55 名受访者进行普查,采用问卷调查的方式获取数据。假设检验采用多元线性回归分析法。结果显示,组织文化对 OCB 有显著的正向影响,工作满意度对 OCB 有显著的正向影响,组织承诺对 OCB 有显著的正向影响。研究启示是,改善前因因素将鼓励改善 OCB。 关键词组织文化;工作满意度;组织承诺;组织公民行为
