One of the ways to solve this problem is the purposeful use of a service mark, created, approved and duly officially registered (according to the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation). 如今,在图书馆出版活动中合理使用服务标识的问题变得越来越重要。在图书研究、图书馆学和书目学领域专家的出版物中,这种营销手段还没有得到适当的报道。图书馆要想成功实现自己的知识(包括出版)产品,向消费者积极宣传是非常重要的,因此有必要开发一个个人品牌。解决这一问题的方法之一是有目的地使用服务商标,该商标由图书馆创建、批准并正式注册(根据俄罗斯联邦现行法律规范)。文章还谈到了与图书馆出版产品个性化相关的一些法律问题。
