Accordingly, digital culture not only ensures efficiency and flexibility in an organization’s operations, but also plays an important role in creating value for customers and helping the organization enhance its reputation. Using the method of overviewing previous studies, this paper reviews the theoretical framework of digital culture including the concept, characteristics and role of digital culture for organizations. Besides, this paper also points out the challenges that organizations encounter in the process of building digital culture.
