Using the method of overviewing previous studies, this paper reviews the theoretical framework of digital culture including the concept, characteristics and role of digital culture for organizations. 摘要

:近年来,随着技术和互联网的飞速发展,在当今竞争日益激烈的商业环境中,建立数字化文化是帮助组织适应并取得成功的重要因素。因此,数字文化不仅能确保组织运营的效率和灵活性,还能在为客户创造价值和帮助组织提升声誉方面发挥重要作用。本文采用综述前人研究的方法,回顾了数字文化的理论框架,包括数字文化的概念、特征和对组织的作用。此外,本文还指出了组织在建设数字文化过程中遇到的挑战。最后,本文提出了一些促进组织,特别是越南银行学院数字文化建设的解决方案。
