The evaluation was performed using the Numeral Rating Scale (NRS), the 5-level EQ-5D version (EQ-5D-5L), the EQ visual analogue scale (EQ-VAS), and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Brief (WHOQOL-BREF).Results: After treatment, changes were observed in NRS (from 8 to 2-3) and EQ-VAS (from 60 to 85), whereas there was no difference in EQ-5D-5L (both 6). 摘要本病例研究的目的是报告 Nuck 管积水和韩医学在术后改善症状方面的效果：方法：对一名确诊为 Nuck 管积水并在 Lichtenstein 手术后出现症状的患者每天进行韩医治疗，包括针灸、中药和艾灸。评估采用数字评定量表（NRS）、5级EQ-5D版本（EQ-5D-5L）、EQ视觉模拟量表（EQ-VAS）和世界卫生组织生活质量调查表（WHOQOL-BREF）：治疗后，NRS（从8分到2-3分）和EQ-VAS（从60分到85分）均有变化，而EQ-5D-5L（均为6分）则无差异。WHOQOL-BREF和主观症状方面总体有所改善：本研究表明，韩式疗法可改善努克管积水手术后的症状，并可使用整体 QoL 问卷进行评估。
