The sample consists of 232 public employees. Transformational leadership scale, performance scale, family-work conflict scale and work-family conflict scale were used in the study. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that transformational leadership practices affect the performance of employees positively, and that transformational leadership affects family work conflict and family work conflict negatively affects performance.
