The research, with a qualitative approach, used the Triangulation of Methods analysis procedure, based on semi-structured interviews with ten performance analysts from the basic categories of Brazilian men's soccer clubs in the series A (2020). It is concluded that although the analysts do not perceive their performance within the clubs as pedagogical, in practice this interface has been necessary in the development of the work of these professionals. 摘要
