摘要

通过合作方式开展专业发展活动,研究如何提高教师建设扫盲文化的能力。这类研究属于行动研究(action research)。研究对象为 5 名教师。数据收集技术通过观察和记录活动进行。数据验证采用三角测量技术。数据分析采用描述性技术。结果表明,在上一个周期,教师建立识字文化的能力从平均 50.17 分的低分标准提高到 69.92 分的中等分数标准,再提高到 87.83 分的很好分数标准。在初始条件下,没有教师被宣布为完全合格,在第二个周期中,有 8 名教师(53.33%)和 15 名教师(100%)被宣布为完全合格。
