Keabsahan Perkawinan Beda Agama Ada Di Tangan Hakim? 不同信仰间婚姻的有效性掌握在法官手中吗?

This research explores the controversy that still occurs surrounding the Judge's approval in registering marriages between individuals of different religions, even though many religions and laws prohibit interfaith marriages. This research seeks to analyze the factors that are taken into consideration by judges in their decisions, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations in marriage law and the KHI (Compilation of Islamic Law). The research method used is qualitative, especially library research. This approach uses a normative legal approach as an analytical tool which aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of existing problems. The findings of this research highlight the important role of judges in determining the validity of interfaith marriages. Decision Number 508/Pdt.P/2022/PN JKT.SEL was granted, while Decision Number 71/Pdt.P/2017/PN Bla was rejected. The judge's interpretation of Article 2 paragraph (1) of the Marriage Law plays an important role in the validity of interfaith marriages, even though there are quite significant differences with the Compilation of Islamic Law.

Exploring the implementation of an early childhood friendly school environment at the al-Husan KB is the main priority in this research. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and data triangulation as data collection techniques.  The results  are: 1) Al-Husna's child-friendly environment is able to provide facilities and infrastructure that can meet the needs of children to grow and develop without any obstacles, feeling safe and comfortable. A child-friendly environment is a place that can support children's rights being fulfilled without any obstacles or threats. The inhibiting factor for its implementation is that parental intervention, which is allowed to wait in the school environment, means that children often have difficulty moving around to play at the yard.

Peraturan Daerah Dalam Hirarki Perundang-undangan Indonesia 印度尼西亚立法层次中的地区法规

Regional regulations in Indonesia which are formed by regional heads of provinces and cities with regional representative councils in equivalent areas have been regulated in such a way that efforts for comprehensive harmonization and synchronization of all aspects must be carried out on an ongoing basis. This prescriptive normative research prioritizes careful literature searches, especially in terms of legislative documents. The formation of a region is not easy because it requires competent insight and expertise, especially regarding the techniques of its formation, so that the regional regulations that are formed do not conflict with the hierarchy of regulations and fulfill the interests of the community in the area of authority.

Penanaman Agama Pada Keluarga Muslim Dari Pernikahan Di Bawah Umur 穆斯林未成年婚姻家庭的宗教修养

This sociology of family study seeks to identify parenting patterns and methods of cultivating religion in families where husband and wife marry underage. This research was conducted using qualitative methods in Joho Village, Sukoharjo District, Sukoharjo Regency. The subjects in this research were three families of couples who married underage, while the informants in this research were village officials, parents of children who married early and close relatives. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data validity technique in this research uses source triangulation and method triangulation. The analysis technique in this research uses interactive analysis from Miles and Huberman. The research results show that the family applies a democratic parenting style. In religious immersion, the methods applied by parents are the example method, the advice method and the habituation method.

Manajemen Pembelajaran Ilmu Tajwid Melalui Nadhom Di Pesantren 通过 Nadhom 在 Pesantren 管理 Tajweed 学习

This research demonstrates how adult female students at the Pondok Pesantren Riyadul Awamil Islamic, Serang Regency, understand Ilm Tajwid utilizing nadhom in the book Tuhfatul Atfal Wal Ghilman Fi Tajwid al-Quran (Tuhfatul). This kitab kuning is used at Islamic boarding schools throughout Indonesia, even Southeast Asia as a manual for reading the Quran. In order to gather information for this qualitative case study, interviews with Kyai, ustazah, and a select group of students were conducted along with observations of how the learning was being put into practice. this education was inextricably linked to the standard pesantren curriculum for mastering the kitab kuning. Its power comes in the ease with which students can learn the contents of the Tuhfatul book because the nadhoms are regular and rhythmic lines that students can easily pronounce, sing, and remember. Spreading its use to the community may be offered, along with suggestions for adjusting the learning process to the learner.

This type of research is classroom action research. Collecting data with observation techniques, tests and documentation. Data validation technique uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive technique. The results showed that the application of the discovery method was proven to increase student activity and learning outcomes. The increase in student activity in the initial study was only 9 students or 36%, rising to 15 students or 60% in the first cycle, and also 88% or 22 students in the second cycle, as well as increasing student learning outcomes and completeness from the average in the initial study only 59.20 rose to 65.20 in the first cycle, and 74.40 in the second cycle, with a learning completeness level of 7 students (28%) in the initial study, 56% or 14 students in the first cycle, 23 students or 92% stated complete learning and 2 students (8%) have not completed learning but all success criteria have been achieved so that the improvement process is declared complete in the second cycle.

Peningkatan Keterampilan Guru Membuat LKPD Melalui Workshop Di SDN 026 Tanjung Selor 通过在 SDN 026 Tanjung Selor 举办工作坊提高教师制作 LKPD 的技能

The problem in this study is the low skill of teachers in making LKPD at SDN 026 Tanjung Selor. The research subjects were 8 teachers. Data collection techniques with observation and documentation techniques. Data analysis was performed using a comparative descriptive technique. The results of the observation assessment of discussion activities showed that in the initial conditions the score showed 45.94 in the LACK criterion and no teachers were declared complete, in the first cycle it increased to 68.75 in the SUFFICIENT criteria with 4 teachers or 50% declared complete, and in the end of the second cycle increased to 81.82 in the GOOD score qualification with 8 teachers declared complete (4 teachers or 50% in the VERY GOOD category and 4 teachers or 50% in the GOOD score criteria). From the research data in the activity it can be concluded that the Workshop on 8 teachers at SDN 026 Tanjung Selor was declared SUCCESSFUL in improving teacher skills in making LKPD

The results of the observation assessment of discussion activities showed that in the initial conditions the score showed 45.94 in the LACK criterion and no teachers were declared complete, in the first cycle it increased to 68.75 in the SUFFICIENT criteria with 4 teachers or 50% declared complete, and in the end of the second cycle increased to 81.82 in the GOOD score qualification with 8 teachers declared complete (4 teachers or 50% in the VERY GOOD category and 4 teachers or 50% in the GOOD score criteria). Research on improving teacher competence in building a literacy culture through professional development activities with a cooperative approach. This type of research is action research (action research). The research subjects were 5 teachers. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation and documentation activities. Data validation uses triangulation techniques. Data analysis used descriptive techniques. The results showed an increase in the teacher's ability to build a literacy culture from an average score of 50.17 with a low score criterion, to 69.92 moderate score criteria and to 87.83 very good score criteria in the last cycle. Explanation of completeness individually in the initial conditions that there were no teachers who were declared complete, becoming 8 teachers (53.33%), and 15 teachers (100%) in the second cycle.

This School Action Research (PTS) aims to improve teacher skills in applying innovative learning models through ongoing coaching activities. The research subjects were 9 teachers at SDN 014 Tanjung Selor. Data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. Analysis with triangulation technique. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there was an increase in teacher skills from the initial conditions as many as 8 teachers were declared not to have skills in applying good innovative learning methods or 0% with an average rating of 48.67, increasing to 4 teachers or 44.44% in the first cycle with an average value of 68.84 and 100% in the second cycle with an average value of 88.80. The explanation of the value criteria from the initial conditions was LESS, increased to ENOUGH and GOOD in the last cycle.

The purpose of this activity is to describe the implementation of the preparation of the Ulumuddin Journal: Journal of Islamic Studies or UJII from FAI UCY to become an Islamic studies journal that has increased its level of accreditation. In it there are several activities that are summarized in the UJII National Journal Accreditation Improvement Program which are based on the findings in the self-evaluation of the journal in the field of Islamic studies itself. A number of Journal activities based on the Open Journal System (OJS) version 3 have had an impact on journals and faculties that oversee their management.
