This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted with 130 cleaning workers working at a university hospital. The questionnaire forms are individual introduction questionnaire, Hand Hygiene Belief Scale (HHBS), and Hand Hygiene Practices Inventory (HHPI). The median HHBS score was 80.0, and the median HHPI score was 73.0.
