However, in reality, there are still few teachers who implement differentiated learning. Teachers often provide general instruction without considering individual differences in the class. Moreover, teachers tend to teach according to their own learning style without considering the students' learning styles as the subject of learning. In this study, the researcher applied differentiated learning based on students' learning styles as an effort to meet the diverse learning needs of students. This research is qualitative, using a descriptive approach conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Bondowoso. Data collection was carried out through observation, observing students' activities during the learning process. The results show that the implementation of differentiated learning based on students' learning styles can have a positive impact on students in the learning process. Students become enthusiastic about exploring learning materials as they can engage in the learning process according to their interests, making the learning more meaningful. Additionally, students also appear happy during the learning process, indicating a positive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. 摘要
引入差异化学习是为了解决课堂上学生在能力、兴趣和学习方式上的个体差异。然而,在现实中,实施差异化学习的教师仍然很少。教师往往只提供一般的教学,而不考虑班级中学生的个体差异。此外,教师往往根据自己的学习风格进行教学,而没有把学生的学习风格作为学习的主体。在本研究中,研究者根据学生的学习风格采用了差异化学习,以努力满足学生多样化的学习需求。本研究为定性研究,采用描述性方法,在邦多沃索第一中学(SMA Negeri 1 Bondowoso)进行。通过观察学生在学习过程中的活动来收集数据。结果表明,根据学生的学习风格实施差异化学习会对学生的学习过程产生积极影响。由于学生可以根据自己的兴趣参与学习过程,因此他们对学习材料的探究热情高涨,使学习更有意义。此外,学生在学习过程中也会感到快乐,这表明学习氛围是积极和愉快的。基于这些研究结果,我们建议教师在课堂上实施差异化学习,以满足学生的不同需求,从而创造更愉快、更有意义的学习体验。
