Ideally, HEI development ultimately inculcates transformation as a university vision and post-covid catalyst for digital innovation. Lastly, the pathway to transformation assumes futuristic, pre-conceived scenarios through pre-planning to inform proposed developmental change by foreseeing digital competition for target year 2030.
