ASPEK SOSIAL DALAM NOVEL CA-BAU-KAN KARYA REMY SYLADO

ABSTRAK: Penilitian ini berjudul “aspek Sosial dalam Novel Ca-Bau-Kan karya Remy sylado”. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakah aspek sosial dalam novel Ca-Bau-Kan karya Remy Sylado. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan aspek-aspek sosial dalam novel Ca-Bau-Kan karya Remy sylado. Adapun objek dalam penelitian ini adalah aspek sosial yang terdapat dalam Novel Ca- Bau-Kan karya remy sylado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Pustaka dan metode analisis yang berkaitan dengan karya sastra, dan pendekatan sosiologis.nDari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa tokoh-tokoh dalam novel tersebut adalah Tinung, Tan Peng Liang, Ny. G.P.A Djikhoff, Uking, Mpok Jane,Saodah, Mpok Enjun, Njoo tek Hong, Giok Lan, Tan Peng Liang dari Sewan Tangerang, Oey eng Goan, Thio Boen Hiap, Timothi Wu, Lio Hok Pin, Mr. Liem Kieng Jang, R.M soetardjo Rahardjo, Tan Soen Bie, Kim Hok, Kim San. Sedangkan tokoh utamaya adalah Tinung. Novel tersebut berlatar di daerah pinggiran Sungai Ciliwung Jakarta. Daerah tersebut terletak disepanjang jalan Hayam wuruk dan jalan Gajah Mada Jakarta. Di tempat tersebut memiliki unsur-unsur sosial tertentu, antara lain : Aspek kebiasaan hidup, yaitu kebiasaan Masyarakat daerah tersebut adalah suka berhura-hura menikmati pesta acara-acara tertentu seperti pernikahan. Terlebih apabila terdapat saudagar kaya yang melangsungkan pernikahan maka penduduk Masyarakat daerah tersebut akan berbondong-bondong merayakannya. Aspek adat istiadat atau tradisi, antara lain tradisi pada acara maulid dewa Tionghoa yang mereka lakukan untuk menghormati dewa-dewa mereka. Aspek keyakinan, yaitu kebanyakan tokoh-tokoh yang hadir dalam novel ini adalah beragama Budha dan itu bisa terlihat dari seringnnya mereka pergi ke kelenteng untuk melakukan sembahyang. Aspek cara berpikir dan bersikap, yang diwakili oleh tokoh Tinung. Tinung adalah gadis yang berparas cantik tetapi dia adalah seorang gadis lugu yang mau bekerja sebgai Wanita penghibur di Kalijodo yang kehidupannya begitu pahit penuh siksaan lahir dan batin. Aspek sosial mempengaruhi Tindakan mereka yang terdapat dalam tokoh-tokoh tersebut yang di dalamnya banyak hal yang diungkap seperti keterbatasan hidup, adat istiadat yang terjadi di Masyarakat, keyakinan yang dimiliki oleh para tokoh, adat istiadat atau tradisi yang terjadi di dalam Masyarakat. Pada aspek sosial, aspek-aspek yang dimiliki oleh para tokoh dapat menjamin terlaksananya peran sesuai dengan aspek yang mereka miliki tersebut. Kegagalan setiap tokoh dalam memerankan peran dipengaruhi oleh perilaku dan Tindakan mereka, sehingga mengalami konflik dengan tokoh lain dalam berinteraksi. Namun dengan perbaikan diri pada akhirnya mereka mencoba menselaraskannya agar peran mereka dapat berjalan sesuai dengan peran yang mereka miliki. Penelitian ini merupakan langkah awal untuk mengkaji tentang aspek sosial yang terdapat novel Ca-Bau-Kan karya Remy sylado, oleh karena itu dapat dikaji dengan berbagai kajian-kajian lain. Dalam pengajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia sebaiknya siswa diikutsertakan dalam kegiatan pendalaman hasil karya sastra, agar mengetahui nilai-nilai yang terkandung dalam karya sastra dan agar lambat laun bisa terbawa kedalam kesadaran akan nilai-nilai kehidupan. The problem in this study is how the social aspect in the novel Ca-Bau-Kan by Remy Sylado. The purpose of this study is to describe the social aspects in the novel Ca-Bau-Kan by Remy sylado. The object of this study is the social aspect contained in the novel Ca-Bau-Kan by Remy Sylado. This research uses the Library method and analysis methods related to literary works, and sociological approaches.nFrom the results of the analysis it can be seen that the characters in the novel are Tinung, Tan Peng Liang, Mrs. G.P.A Djikhoff, Uking, Mpok Jane, Saodah, Mpok Enjun, Njoo tek Hong, Giok Lan, Tan Peng Liang from Sewan Tangerang, Oey eng Goan, Thio Boen Hiap,  Timothi Wu, Lio Hok Pin, Mr. Liem Kieng Jang, R.M soetardjo Rahardjo, Tan Soen Bie, Kim Hok, Kim San. While the main character is Tinung. The novel is set on the banks of the Ciliwung River in Jakarta. The area is located along Jalan Hayam Wuruk and Jalan Gajah Mada Jakarta. In that place has certain social elements, including: Aspects of living habits, namely the habits of the people of the area are happy to enjoy parties certain events such as weddings. Especially if there are rich merchants who hold weddings, the residents of the area will flock to celebrate. Aspects of customs or traditions, including traditions at the mawlid event of Chinese gods that they do to honor their gods. The aspect of belief, that is, most of the characters present in this novel are Buddhists and it can be seen from the frequent they go to the temple to pray. Aspects of the way of thinking and behaving, represented by the character Tinung. Tinung is a beautiful girl but she is an innocent girl who wants to work as a comfort woman in Kalijodo whose life is so bitter full of physical and mental torment. Social aspects affect the actions of those contained in these figures in which many things are revealed such as limitations of life, customs that occur in society, beliefs held by figures, customs or traditions that occur in society. In the social aspect, the aspects possessed by the characters can guarantee the implementation of roles in accordance with the aspects they have. Each character's failure to play a role is influenced by their behavior and actions, resulting in conflicts with other characters in interaction. But with self-improvement, in the end they try to align it so that their roles can run according to the roles they have. This research is the first step to examine the social aspects of the novel Ca-Bau-Kan by Remy Sylado because it can be studied with various other studies. In teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, students should be included in deepening activities of literary works, in order to know the values contained in literary works and so that gradually they can be brought into awareness of life values.
