We aim to determine if there are differences between teachers inthe private and public sectors regarding the methods used for job satisfaction, the evaluation of efforts at the workplace, and satisfaction with salary. The study is conducted on a sample of 63 teachers, both from the private and public sectors, utilizing the Salary Satisfaction Questionnaire, the Job Effort Scale, and the Job Satisfaction Subscale of the Michigan Organizational AssessmentQuestionnaire.
