Findings revealed an independent relationship between preinfection PA levels and disease severity (χ2 = 9.097, df = 12, p = 0.695). Additionally, a statistical dependency emerged between PA levels and illness treatment categories (χ2 = 39.362, df = 12, p < 0.001), particularly linking inactive PA with home remedies treatment. These results highlight the potential influence of preinfection PA on disease severity and treatment choices following SARS-CoV-2 infection.
