This article aims to review the Teaching at the Right Level learning approach in the efforts to implement the student-centered Merdeka Curriculum. Data collection for this research involves a literature review of articles and books. The conceptual research results reveal that students' ability levels are the primary reference in designing the learning process. Students with similar ability levels are grouped in a learning process without considering their grade level and age. Additionally, this approach can enhance the motivation and basic literacy skills of students. In conclusion, Teaching at the Right Level provides students with the opportunity to develop their abilities efficiently and naturally, with the teacher serving as a mediator to create an approach tailored to the needs of the students.
