The population was 343 class X students at SMA Negeri 6 Pekanbaru with samples from science 4 and science 3 classes. The instrument used in data collection was a cognitive learning outcomes test (cognitive domain C1 to C5) on work and energy materials. Data on students' cognitive abilities were analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The research results showed that the cognitive abilities of the experimental class students were higher in the good category (81.33%) and the results of the inferential analysis showed significant differences between the experimental class and the control class. 摘要
