It begins with the assumption that the leaders’ capability to navigate the unique challenges associated with each period is a crucial factor in achieving successful change outcomes. Considering the continuous and unpredictable nature of global challenges such as Covid-19, war, and climate change, along with the specific leadership skills required to address crisis-related challenges, the article aims to address two key questions: Firstly, which leadership style is most effective in implementing change during crisis management? Secondly, which leadership style is most effective in implementing change in the aftermath of a crisis? Through a theoretical exploration drawing on existing literature and frameworks, the article identifies essential leadership behaviors, strategies, and challenges associated with change implementation during and after crises. The research findings provide valuable insights for leaders and organizations under-taking change initiatives triggered by crises, highlighting the significance of leadership styles in driving successful outcomes during and after a crisis. 摘要

本文探讨了领导风格在危机期间和危机之后成功实施变革的关键作用。文章首先假定,领导者驾驭与每个时期相关的独特挑战的能力是取得成功变革成果的关键因素。考虑到科维德-19、战争和气候变化等全球性挑战的持续性和不可预测性,以及应对危机相关挑战所需的特定领导技能,文章旨在解决两个关键问题:首先,哪种领导风格在危机管理期间实施变革最为有效?第二,哪种领导风格在危机后实施变革最为有效?通过借鉴现有文献和框架进行理论探索,文章确定了与危机期间和危机后实施变革相关的基本领导行为、策略和挑战。研究结果为正在实施由危机引发的变革计划的领导者和组织提供了宝贵的见解,强调了领导风格在危机期间和危机之后推动成功结果的重要性。通过了解和利用适当的领导风格,组织可以提高驾驭变革的能力,并在危机后实现复原力。
