The article describes a clinical case of a 62-year-old patient infected with SARS-CoV-2, in whom, 15 days after the onset of symptoms of COVID-19 with lung damage, chest computed tomography with contrast revealed concurrent subtotal obstruction of the pulmonary artery trunk and defects of its branches filling due to blood clots formed in situ.
