The data is analyzed using descriptive statistics, factor analysis, and regression analysis to determine the effects of personalization on learner outcomes. The findings suggest that personalization significantly enhances learner engagement, motivation, satisfaction, and performance, offering valuable insights into how e-learning courses can be designed to improve the overall learning experience. The article provides practical guidance for educators and instructional designers to create effective e-learning courses, underscoring the importance of personalization in optimizing the benefits of technology for learning.
