The study uses BIM software for cost simulation, and NSGA-II algorithm for multi-objective optimization. The mathematical model of building cost and duration is constructed and the multi-objective optimization algorithm is applied to achieve optimization under multiple objectives. The results of the study show that after 20,000 generations of iterations, 191 Pareto solutions are determined to be valid, and the stability and uniform distribution of the optimization objectives are verified, with the percentage of valid solutions reaching 92\\%. In the conducted VIKOR scenario analysis, three different cost-effective optimization schemes are proposed depending on user preferences.
