This study uses a descriptive and quantitative research design. Data was collected through simple random sampling technique and Survey method was used, Data collection involved visiting schools, obtaining permissions, and administering the questionnaire to students. The results were then analyzed using SPSS, confirming the instrument's reliability. Questionnaires were filled by 260 secondary school students. The table 3 indicates a very high correlation between the availability of adequate toilets in the school compound and several key variables related to the school environment and administration. The correlation is very high (.964) with students' active participation in extracurricular activities, security (.956), Empathetic Administration (.958) and Cooperative Administration (.979). Results showed a significant positive impact of school climate, amenities, Extra-curricular activities, administration, security systems, and parent-teacher meetings on student achievements. 摘要
