Utrech Work Engagement Scale for Students (UWES-S) was used to assess the student engagement. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test were applied to find out the moderating role of the demographic and behavioural factors. 摘要
本研究旨在了解人口和行为变量对 MBA 毕业生参与度的调节作用。研究采用 Utrech 学生工作投入度量表(UWES-S)来评估学生的投入程度。曼-惠特尼 U 检验和 Kruskal Wallis 检验被用来找出人口统计和行为因素的调节作用。结果发现,性别、学校教学媒体、迟到频率和课堂讨论中的互动程度对学生的参与度有影响,而家庭月收入和父母的职业类型等变量对学生的参与度没有影响。
