The advantages and opportunities that the digital world opens up do not free enterprises from problems that require scientific and practical justification and the search for management solutions. Such challenges at the strategic level include changes in the industrial business model, the transition to new ways of working against the background of the accelerated development of Industry 4.0, digital technologies, and the subsequent implementation of the enterprise. The study proposes a concept that includes the main sections of the application of lean manufacturing using digital technologies at the Perm Chemical Equipment Plant, which produces civilian products. The introduction of a new concept and methods of organizing a production system requires a restructuring of the way of thinking and approach to business, first of all, of managers, and then of all workshop workers. The article describes the implementation of the 5S system using digital technologies at workplaces in workshops with the participation of site foremen. Thanks to the great results obtained from the integration of digital technologies in lean manufacturing, such as 5S, the results obtained by measurement methods in the real production process make it possible to stimulate shop managers to make decisions at the shop level in the implementation of management decisions.

The study has analyzed managerial analytics integrated with the Internet of Things (IoT) that has mobilized sustainable employee training and organizational performance in the banking sector. The intention is to evaluate the managerial analytics practiced by Bangladeshi banks and financial institutes (FIs) and their impact on employees' training and performance. The present research investigates the implementation of sustainable employee training initiatives and effectiveness in working fields using IoT, the historical extant training practices of the organization, and the relationship between managerial analytics factors that affect the banking system. Here in this study, a scenario-based approach was used to demonstrate the integration of smart training for employees with IoT using managerial analytics tools, and a cross-sectional research strategy was also experienced among the related employees of Bangladesh in Dhaka city. And 143 purposive sampling metadata were analyzed. We offer a model for evaluating the efficacy of managerial analytics on employees, which enhances operational and learning outcomes. The study's results confirmed the validity of the proposed model for evaluating the training of employees. The findings have identified the indicators- training content and attitude as analytical patterns, and IoT technology and monitoring as technological that significantly impacts the employees' performance. It emphasizes the managerial analytics concept that facilitates training and development for employees with newly required competencies in the banking sector through IoT. Managerial analytics integrated into IoT-based employee training is significantly effective among operations and promotes smart performance observation in the banking sector. These insights offer valuable guidance to bankers, policymakers, and managerial analysts striving to incorporate sustainable practices into their operations to foster long-term growth in the banking sector.

Effective global collaboration hinges on understanding cultural nuances, notably evident in Japan's organizational dynamics. While often perceived as hierarchical, Japanese structures defy simplistic categorization, as revealed by this qualitative study led by a French scholar. By interviewing Japanese and Western researchers, the research navigates through discordant perspectives, challenging conventional Western views. While some uphold a top-down structure, others advocate for a more egalitarian interpretation, reflecting Japan's nuanced reality. Central to this exploration is deference, shaping interactions and decision-making in Japanese workplaces through linguistic and non-verbal cues. This deference emphasizes mutual respect and collaboration rather than solely denoting power dynamics. Moreover, collective decision-making, a cornerstone of Japanese organizational culture, fosters ownership and commitment among team members, contrasting with Western hierarchical models. In summary, this research illuminates Japan's complex organizational dynamics, highlighting the importance of cultural reflexivity in fostering effective intercultural collaborations. Understanding nuances like deference and collective decision-making is crucial for navigating the complexities of global partnerships and overcoming misinterpretations.

This study aims to understand the moderating role of demographic and behavioural variables on student engagement among MBA graduates. Utrech Work Engagement Scale for Students (UWES-S) was used to assess the student engagement. Mann-Whitney U test and Kruskal Wallis test were applied to find out the moderating role of the demographic and behavioural factors. It was found out that gender, medium of instruction at school level, frequency of late coming and interaction level in the class discussions had an impact over student engagement, and variables like family monthly income and the type of occupation of the parents did not impact the student engagement.

The paper explores how blockchain technology can transform data management, especially when it comes to handling privacy and security issues. Blockchain's immutability, transparency, and decentralization make it a potentially useful tool for addressing the expanding problems associated with data security and integrity. However, the slow adoption of blockchain technology is influenced by a complex interplay of developing privacy concerns, legislative uncertainty, and technological subtleties. The current study aims to identify key data privacy, protection, and security challenges associated with blockchain adoption in various domains, assess the adequacy of the current data privacy, protection, and security laws to address these challenges, and propose potential solutions and areas for further research to mitigate data privacy, protection, and security risks in blockchain applications. Additionally, the research has examined the adaptability and dependability of the two main kinds of blockchain—public and private—as well as the variations in their reach and visibility.

The racial health disparities gap is widening in the United States. This analysis uses a non-experimental quantitative causal-comparative analysis to support the study's findings. The rates and percentages of Black and National variables were compared to highlight devastating and disproportionate Black health disparities. The data focuses on statistics from some of the first states to require healthcare professionals to take implicit bias training. The health disparities chosen are the most prominent ones plaguing the Black community. Additionally, the article will examine how improving organizational behavior by implementing servant leadership will help improve Black health disparities. The research will highlight Black health disparities, implicit bias, organizational behavior, and servant leadership. The research shows that healthcare professionals become aware of their implicit bias to lead ethically by shifting the organizational behavioral approach toward servant leadership. It also revealed that servant leadership provided a more compassionate, caring, empathetic, selfless, and nurturing form of care that will build trust amongst Black patients and patient-provider relationships, lessening Black health disparities stemming from subconscious implicit decisions. The researcher tested the methodology and found that the data provided a comparative analysis between variables and showed the prevalence of Black health disparities in the United States; however, the analysis did not prove causal inference or cause and effect.

This study looks into working women's financial literacy in India. The survey looks on Indian women's knowledge of investing, savings, and insurance among other financial topics. A survey was distributed online to 500 working women of different ages and income levels as part of the study's quantitative research approach to gather data. The study's conclusions demonstrate that working women in India possess little to no financial literacy, with a very small proportion having enough knowledge of matters pertaining to money. The study also demonstrates the influence of a number of factors on women's financial literacy, including age, income, education, and work experience.
