This research aims to determine the recruitment process digitalization for prospective employees and its challenges. The type of research chosen is qualitative research using the library research method. 摘要

从教育机构难以招到具备适当能力的员工开始。本研究旨在确定未来员工的招聘流程数字化及其面临的挑战。选择的研究类型是定性研究,采用图书馆研究法。研究结果表明,在教育机构招聘员工时,学校需要做的事情是:(1) 研究学校现有的需求和工作描述,以及哪些技能可以支持员工完成工作;(2) 学校确定在哪里发布职位空缺广告合适;(3) 学校为空缺职位挑选最合格的申请人;(4) 学校为员工提供入职培训;学校和员工在实施过程中面临的挑战,如:(1) 教育工作者没有得到足够的关注,因此他们在提高能力方面受到干扰;(2) 内部晋升使学校无法获得更有能力的员工;(3) 户籍等要求使申请人难以获得与其资历相匹配的工作;(4) 初创学校的成本有限,也会使学校无法获得员工,因为学校在社区中还没有很高的知名度。
