The research used a descriptive-analytical approach, collecting data from a sample of 341 managers working in service firms in Iraq using a questionnaire. Total of (341) suitable surveys were collected for statistical analysis; the study used SPSS and Amos software’s to analyses the collected data and tests the hypotheses. The results of the study indicated that there is no impact of Authoritative and Facilitative leadership on the social capital of service companies in Iraq, there is an impact of Democratic and Situational leadership on the social capital of service companies in Iraq, and there is an impact of organizational culture on the relationship between leadership and social capital of service companies in Iraq. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨在伊拉克服务企业中,组织文化如何调节领导力与社会资本之间的关系。研究采用了描述分析法,通过问卷调查的方式收集了伊拉克服务企业 341 名管理人员的数据。共收集了(341 份)合适的调查问卷用于统计分析;研究使用 SPSS 和 Amos 软件对收集到的数据进行分析并检验假设。研究结果表明,权威型领导和促进型领导对伊拉克服务公司的社会资本没有影响,民主型领导和情境型领导对伊拉克服务公司的社会资本有影响,组织文化对领导力与伊拉克服务公司社会资本之间的关系有影响。鉴于这些发现,研究建议有必要关注伊拉克服务公司任命的领导者的素质,因为领导者的素质对公司的社会资本实践水平有明显的影响。
