2023 年 11 月至 12 月,德哈森大学明古鲁分校开展了 "添加红糖 Vla 的紫甘薯布丁 "产品创新创业活动,旨在分析创业的可行性、产品创新的生产成本、收入和利润。通过利用明古鲁地区的当地食品,如紫甘薯和棕榈糖。 产品创新由明古鲁德哈森大学农学院农产品技术研究项目的学生实施。这项活动是通过德哈森大学明古鲁分校开展的集市直销活动进行的。在对数据进行分析后,希望添加了红糖的乌比翁古布丁这一产品创新能成为一项可行的创业努力。
