This form of social responsibility can be realized through the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Green Human Resource Management (GHRM). PT Telkom Indonesia as the largest telecommunications company in Indonesia has consistently implemented these two things which are in line with its obligations as a BUMN to support efforts to improve government performance. The research method used is literature review using information obtained from previous research and official websites. 世界和工业的快速发展使企业面临着各种挑战,它们必须采取对社会负责的商业行为。这种形式的社会责任可以通过实施企业社会责任(CSR)和绿色人力资源管理(GHRM)来实现。PT Telkom Indonesia 作为印尼最大的电信公司,一直在履行这两项义务,这也符合其作为 BUMN 的义务,即支持提高政府绩效的努力。采用的研究方法是文献综述,从以往的研究和官方网站中获取信息。分析结果表明,印尼电信公司实施了一系列企业社会责任计划,这些计划主要面向社区福利和在公司内部实施全球人力资源管理实践,以支持实现可持续发展目标。
