The purpose of this study was to assess the data and outcomes related to dental malpractice claims in Madina City, Saudi Arabia.</p></div><div><h3>Methods</h3><p>This study conducts a retrospective study of dental malpractice claims in Madina city, Saudi Arabia assessing 97 cases of dental malpractice claims from the year 2016 to 2022.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>the study showed that the highest percentage of cases (29.9%) were reported guilty in the year 2021. with the highest number of claims (30%) related to the prosthodontic specialty. Most of the cases were against general practitioners (64.9%).
