Regarding organizational support, a negative correlation is observed between burnout and perceived support. Organizational support acts as a buffer against stress, and promoting social interactions is essential for preventing professional exhaustion. Withinthe hypothesis regarding age, it is observed that young individuals in the Horeca industry (18-25 years old) exhibit a higher level of burnout compared to those between 36 and 45 years old. The explanation lies in different stages of professional and personal development, emphasizing the importance of organizational support for all age groups. Shaping the hypothesis that the lack of civility is encountered differently depending on the subjects' tenure in the workforce, the results indicate that those with less than 5 years of experience experience a more pronounced lack of civility.
