The sampling method used is Non-Probability Sampling with Purposive sampling technique. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive methods and inferential analysis using primary data in the form of a closed questionnaire to 100 respondents. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. From the data that has fulfilled the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and model feasibility test, a regression equation is obtained. The regression analysis results in this study indicate a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, shown in the coefficient table in the regression equation model. The results of the model feasibility test shown with the significant value shown in the model feasibility table which means that the model in this study is feasible to use based on the significant value obtained. 摘要

本研究旨在确定沟通、工作激励和工作纪律对 PT Surgika Alkesido 公司员工绩效的影响。采用的抽样方法是非概率抽样和目的性抽样技术。这类研究采用定量描述方法和推理分析方法,以封闭式问卷的形式向 100 名受访者提供原始数据。数据采用多元线性回归分析法进行分析。从满足有效性检验、可靠性检验、经典假设检验和模型可行性检验的数据中得出回归方程。本研究的回归分析结果表明,回归方程模型中的系数表显示,顾客满意度对顾客满意度有积极而显著的影响。模型可行性检验的结果与模型可行性表中显示的显著值一致,这意味着根据所获得的显著值,本研究中的模型是可行的。通过 t 检验得出的假设结论结果显示,沟通、工作激励和工作纪律这三个变量对员工绩效的影响均为正值,且具有显著性。
