The article contains a formulation on the need and importance of introducing mobile technologies, «mobile teacher» in particular, taken from the Federal draft «State Program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education» for 2018-2025» and approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated December 26, 2017 No. 1642.
