We propose the concept of a composite UAV and further introduce the concept of a solar-powered UAV. The paper outlines the project's design philosophy and innovative aspects, followed by an exploration of potential applications. Energy control calculations are then conducted, leading to the proposal of a gravity energy storage strategy. Then a preliminary flight control scheme is presented.
