The findings of the research reveal six primary dimensions that influence the work–life balance of female managers in Chinese HEIs. These factors, ranked in order of importance, are as follows: (1) family factors, (2) work-related factors, (3) cultural and social norms, (4) health factors, (5) self-management and personal skills, and (6) support and satisfaction. 摘要
