The patient refused postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and died 4 months after diagnosis due to widespread systemic metastasis. In addition, this article reviews 38 previously reported cases of primary gastrointestinal angiosarcoma, aiming to further understand angiosarcoma and thus guide clinical practitioners in providing more comprehensive treatment approaches.
