Groups were formed: active low-anxiety (ALA) and high-anxiety (AHA), as well as passive low-anxiety (PLA) and high-anxiety (PHA) rats. Each of the four groups of rats was divided into three subgroups, where subgroup 1 is an intact control. Twenty days after the first stressful exposure, rats from subgroup 3 were injected intramuscularly with dalargin for seven days, and rats from subgroup 2 were injected with saline solution. 摘要 研究了创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)模型中具有不同行为类型特征的大鼠体内白-脑啡肽合成类似物(达拉金)对血液中皮质酮水平和肾上腺质量的影响。实验分为四组:主动低焦虑(ALA)和高焦虑(AHA)大鼠,以及被动低焦虑(PLA)和高焦虑(PHA)大鼠。四组大鼠各分为三个亚组,其中亚组 1 为完整对照组。在第一次应激暴露 20 天后,向第 3 亚组大鼠肌肉注射达拉金,持续 7 天;向第 2 亚组大鼠注射生理盐水。研究发现,对创伤后应激障碍模型大鼠注射达拉金的疗程仅对活跃的高焦虑动物组的研究指标有积极影响。
