Analytical integral relations connecting one- and two-dimensional spectral densities of an isotropic random function, such as surface profile or spatial phase distribution of the laser beam, were obtained. It is shown that if the one-dimensional spectral density in a certain range of spatial frequencies decreases in a power-law manner, then the two-dimensional spectral density in the same range also decreases in a power-law manner with an exponent greater by one. 我们在精密干涉测量的基础上,研究了石英板表面轮廓在 10 μm 至 100 mm 空间范围内不均匀性的光谱特性。获得了连接各向同性随机函数(如表面轮廓或激光束的空间相位分布)的一维和二维光谱密度的分析积分关系。结果表明,如果空间频率一定范围内的一维光谱密度以幂律方式下降,那么同一范围内的二维光谱密度也会以指数大于 1 的幂律方式下降。实验数据与理论数据十分吻合。
