摘要

本文以聚乙烯醇为乳化剂,脲醛树脂为壳材料,醇酸树脂为芯材料,通过原位聚合制备了自修复微胶囊。得到的微胶囊平均直径约为 20 μm,醇酸树脂的封装率为 50.7 wt.%。在纯聚氨酯涂层中加入 5 重量百分比的微胶囊,制备出自愈合涂层,然后涂覆在 AA2024-T3 基材上。通过扫描电子显微镜评估了自愈合效果。电化学阻抗谱测试和中性盐雾测试证实自修复涂层具有良好的防腐性能。
