摘要

:无症状食管嗜酸性粒细胞增多症（aEE）的特点是食管内有嗜酸性粒细胞浸润，但无临床症状，有报道称这是嗜酸性粒细胞性食管炎（EoE）的前兆。然而，目前还没有关于该病长期临床过程的报告。因此，本研究旨在调查嗜酸性食管炎 5 年的长期临床过程，包括症状转化率和治疗效果。
