The purpose of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop a program of classes with elements of badminton for women in the first period of adulthood, the purpose of which is to increase women's interest in physical activity, increase the level of physical activity and improve health. \nMethods and organization of research - analysis and generalization of special scientific and methodological literature, documentary materials, sociological (questionnaire, expert survey), methods of research of motor activity, methods of mathematical statistics. \nThe proposed program is designed for three months. The duration of the class was 30 minutes twice a week. The classes included a warm-up, the main part, developing recreational games and a hitch were used as tools. 摘要

文章主要介绍了利用开发娱乐游戏的手段为 5-6 岁心理情感发育迟缓的儿童构建适应性体育娱乐课 程的情况。研究的目的是从理论上论证和制定针对成年初期妇女的具有羽毛球元素的课程方案,其目的是提 高妇女对体育锻炼的兴趣,提高体育锻炼水平,改善健康状况。研究方法和组织--分析和归纳专门的科学和方法文献、文献资料、社会学(问卷调查、专家调 查)、运动研究方法、数学统计方法。拟议的教学计划为期三个月。每周两次,每次 30 分钟。课程包括热身、主要部分、发展娱乐游戏和搭便车等工具。该计划的多种手段,即各种发展性娱乐游戏,将有助于该年龄阶段儿童的和谐个性发展。
