The results showed a significant difference in the number of fibroblasts, wound area, thickness of epithelium, and number of vessels in all three groups. Based on the results, the use of PRP and PRF in wounds can accelerate the formation of epithelium, create better and more blood vessels, create a platform for the migration and formation of fibroblast cells, and facilitate faster wound closure.
