The components that were analyzed in the descriptive text written by the students were the content of the descriptive text, grammar, and vocabulary.  The participants of this research are 25 students in ninth-grade at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. The aim of this study is to determine whether there is any significance in brainstorming on the descriptive text of writing skills at SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman. The result of the study shows that there is a significant effect of brainstorming on the students’ writing achievement. 摘要

本研究是一项定量研究,旨在了解穆罕默迪亚二世塔曼中学(SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman)九年级学生运用头脑风暴法撰写描述性文章的能力。对学生所写描述性文章的分析包括描述性文章的内容、语法和词汇。 本研究的参与者是穆罕默迪亚二世塔曼学校九年级的 25 名学生。本研究的目的是确定头脑风暴对 SMP Muhammadiyah 2 Taman 的描述性文章写作技巧是否有意义。研究结果表明,头脑风暴对学生的写作成绩有显著影响。头脑风暴可以作为写作教学的一种替代方法,特别是可以帮助学生学习更多的内容、语法和词汇。
