Adolescence is a period of transformation of consciousness and self-awareness of an individual, which contribute to the formation of a new attitude towards oneself, the development of a global, general, holistic self-esteem. Self-esteem begins to be based on the conformity of behavior, own views, beliefs, and performance results. This creates conditions for the formation of such an attitude towards oneself, which is sufficiently independent of the evaluations of others, successes and failures, and situational influences. The purpose of the study is to determine the specifics of the influence of social-psychological training on the self-esteem of students of higher education. Scientific novelty. In order to optimize the self-esteem of students of higher education, a socio-psychological training was developed, the purpose of which is to create conditions for optimizing the self-esteem of students of higher education. After the training, the number of subjects with adequate self-esteem increased, the self-esteem of such personal qualities as conscientiousness, independence, sensitivity, benevolence, independence, emotional stability, conscientiousness, courage, self-confidence and self-control increased. Conclusions. Socio-psychological training is an effective tool for forming self-esteem in youth. It can be argued that social-psychological training significantly influenced the self-esteem of students of higher education, it is effective and can be recommended for use in the process of psychological support of educational activities in institutions of higher education to optimize the self-esteem of students. 摘要

文章介绍了社会心理训练对高校学生自尊影响特点的理论分析和实证研究结果。青春期是一个人的意识和自我意识转变的时期,这有助于形成对自己的新态度,发展整体的、普遍的、全面的自尊。自尊开始建立在行为、自身观点、信念和表现结果的一致性基础上。这就为形成这样一种对自己的态度创造了条件,这种态度充分独立于他人的评价、成功与失败以及情境的影响。本研究的目的是确定社会心理训练对高校学生自尊心影响的具体情况。科学新颖性。为了优化高等院校学生的自尊心,开发了一种社会心理训练,其目的是为优化高等院校学生的自尊心创造条件。经过培训后,具有适当自尊心的受试者人数有所增加,自觉性、独立性、敏感性、仁慈性、独立性、情绪稳定性、自觉性、勇气、自信心和自制力等个人品质的自尊心也有所提高。结论社会心理训练是培养青少年自尊心的有效工具。可以说,社会心理训练对高校学生的自尊心有显著影响,是有效的,可以建议在高校教育活动的心理支持过程中使用,以优化学生的自尊心。关键词:自尊;社会心理训练;高校学生。
