The method of this research is Pre-Experiment with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design without a control group, using a total sampling technique with a total sample of 30 respondents. Endorphine massage intervention will be carried out 2 times in a row with the duration of 15-20 minutes each session. Data collection used the questionnaire PSQI, analysis used Mc Nemar test obtained P-Value 1 > 0.05, it can be concluded that statistically, there is no effect of endorphine massage on the sleep quality of pregnant women 37-40 weeks in the Working Area of the Mojo Health Center, Kediri Regency. Poor sleep quality in pregnant women due to frequent awakening from sleep. This makes it difficult for pregnant women to achieve deep sleep. 摘要

孕期睡眠时间的减少在怀孕三个月时会有所增加。为帮助改善睡眠质量,可以采取非药物疗法,即进行内啡肽按摩。本研究的目的是确定内啡肽按摩对基迪里省莫乔保健中心工作区 37-40 周孕妇睡眠质量的影响。本研究的方法是在不设对照组的情况下,采用 "一组前测-后测设计 "的前实验法,使用总体抽样技术,共抽取 30 名受访者。内啡肽按摩干预将连续进行 2 次,每次持续 15-20 分钟。数据收集采用 PSQI 问卷,分析采用 Mc Nemar 检验,得到的 P 值 1 > 0.05,可以得出结论:从统计学角度看,内啡肽按摩对基迪里县 Mojo 保健中心工作区 37-40 周孕妇的睡眠质量没有影响。孕妇睡眠质量差是因为经常从睡眠中醒来。这使得孕妇难以进入深度睡眠。因此,有必要定期进行内啡肽按摩,注意干扰因素,使孕妇能够体验到更好的睡眠质量。
