It uses the normative-juridical research methods with a statutory approach. The results shows that Indonesia has a legal relating to consumer protection, namely Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Customer Protection. Thus, any fraudulent businesses actors who still frequently violate statutory regulations can be subject to sanctions in the form of administrative or criminal sanctions. Additionally BPOM as a supervisory agency also actively monitors the circulation of this dangerous product and even withdraws the product if it is proven to contain dangerous ingredients. Similarly, in the context of Islamic law, this supervision is strengthened by the principles of justice, responsibility and protection of consumers. 摘要

本文旨在分析未在食品药品管理局(Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, BPOM)注册的化妆品的消费者保护问题。文章采用了规范-法学研究方法和法定方法。研究结果表明,印尼有一部与消费者保护相关的法律,即 1999 年关于客户保护的第 8 号法律。因此,任何仍经常违反法定法规的欺诈性企业行为者都将受到行政或刑事制裁。此外,作为监督机构,BPOM 还积极监测这种危险产品的流通情况,如果证明产品含有危险成分,甚至会收回产品。同样,在伊斯兰法中,正义、责任和保护消费者的原则也加强了这种监督。伊斯兰法的目标是确保市场上的化妆品符合伊斯兰原则规定的安全标准,并为消费者提供适当的保护。
