Unpaired-t Test was used with signicance set at (p<0.05). shows Result- the difference in BMI(0.030, p<0.05),\n(t58=-2.232), Visceral fat(.048,p<0.05), (t58=2.019) subcutaneous fat (.042,p<0.05),(t58=2.08) and Protein percentage (p>0.05) here is the\nsignicant in body fat distribution of middle age working women and homemakers.
