Additionally, the cultivation of a quality culture through a bottom- up management model involves healthcare quality dialogues and deep-rooted internal audits that encourage staff to actively address issues related to patient safety and the working environment, thereby further embedding the principles of patient safety. Additionally, digital transformation, which is a major trend in the 21st century, has led to a major transition from business intelligence to artificial intelligence.
