Patients in the Ctrl group received surgical debridement + VSD for treatment, while those in the Exp group were treated with Bikerui disinfectant + VSD + PRP. Inflammatory response (IR) score, PU healing (PUH) score, healing time, dressing change frequency (DCF), dressing interval time (DIT), and scar recovery (SR) score of patients in different groups were compared.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The results revealed that the positive rate of bacterial culture in wound secretions in the Exp group was greatly lower than that in the Ctrl group 1 or 2 weeks after treatment (<i>p</i> < 0.05). The IR score in the Exp group was much lower at week 1 and 2 after treatment (<i>p</i> < 0.05). 导言:目的:探讨比克瑞消毒剂+真空密封引流(VSD)+富血小板血浆(PRP)治疗对Ⅲ~Ⅳ期压疮患者的效果:本研究选取我院收治的压疮(PU)患者110例,采用盲选法随机分为实验组(Exp组)和对照组(Ctrl组),每组55例。Ctrl组患者接受手术清创+VSD治疗,Exp组患者接受比克瑞消毒剂+VSD+PRP治疗。比较不同组患者的炎症反应(IR)评分、PU愈合(PUH)评分、愈合时间、换药次数(DCF)、换药间隔时间(DIT)和瘢痕恢复(SR)评分:结果显示,治疗 1 或 2 周后,Exp 组伤口分泌物细菌培养阳性率大大低于 Ctrl 组(P < 0.05)。治疗后第 1 周和第 2 周,Exp 组的 IR 评分大大低于 Ctrl 组(P < 0.05)。Exp组的总有效率(TER)明显高于Ctrl组(94.55% vs. 76.36%):结果表明,必克瑞消毒剂+VSD+PRP疗法能有效改善PU患者的炎症程度,促进患者伤口修复和瘢痕恢复,大大提高PU患者的临床疗效。
