摘要

本文旨在研究坤甸国立天主教宗教学院国家公务员(ASN)的薪酬和监督对工作满意度对绩效的影响。研究采用定量方法进行。采用的数据收集技术是人口普查技术。受访者人数为 71 人。数据分析采用 SPSS 系统,并使用路径分析和 Sobel 检验方法。分析结果表明(1) 薪酬和监督同时和部分地对工作满意度有积极和显著的影响;(2) 薪酬和工作满意度同时和部分地对绩效有积极和显著的影响,而监督变量对绩效有消极和显著的影响;(3) 以员工工作满意度为中介,薪酬对绩效的影响不显著;(4) 以工作满意度为中介,监督对绩效有积极和显著的影响。
