The type of research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this research is all users who visit the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service in 2023, namely 48,759 people. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling. The number of samples in this research was 100 samples. In this study, researchers used a questionnaire as an instrument. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all research samples. The results of this research show that: first, brand image has a total average score of 4.28 which is categorized as very good. So it can be said that the library brand image at the West Sumatra Province Archives and Library Service is very good for users. Second, the decision to visit has a total average score of 4.35, which means it is classified as very good. So it can be said that the user's decision to visit the brand image is very good for the user. 摘要

本研究旨在描述品牌形象是否对西苏门答腊省档案馆和图书馆服务处用户的访问决定有影响。采用的研究类型是描述性定量研究。研究对象为 2023 年访问西苏门答腊省档案馆和图书馆服务处的所有用户,即 48759 人。使用的抽样技术是简单随机抽样。本研究的样本数量为 100 个。在本研究中,研究人员使用问卷作为工具。数据收集技术通过向所有研究样本发放问卷的方式进行。研究结果表明:第一,品牌形象的总平均分为 4.28 分,属于非常好。因此可以说,西苏门答腊省档案馆和图书馆服务处的图书馆品牌形象对用户来说是非常好的。其次,访问决定的总平均得分为 4.35,即被归类为非常好。因此可以说,用户决定访问的品牌形象对用户来说是非常好的。第三,图书馆品牌形象对西苏门答腊省档案馆和图书馆服务处用户访问决定的影响占 31.3%,而其余 68.7%则受本研究未考察的其他因素影响。
